Thanks for the cakes delivered to my doorstep. Unfortunately I would like to rank them 3 out of 10. The Blueberry Cheese cake was a disappointment because I hardly taste the cheese cream yet it was so so sweet. The surgar was too much and I was surprised that the blueberry was not as shown in the picture. Instead a love shape was endorsed in the center and a small amount of blueberry was spread. Just not the samr as in the picture.

Sorry sgt2 coz sblm ni customer yg selalu order dgn saya takde pula bgtahu yg kek ni terlalu manis...semuanya ckp nice n ade creamy texture. In the future, maybe i should tanya dulu pada customer samada mereka jenis yg suka manis2 atau tidak and switch to different recipe khas untuk mereka. Satu lagi, yg frosting tu sy gunakan fresh cream ( sy tidak guna cream cheese).

Well, this is not a comment to down you but to make you realized that it is importat food presentation shown in your images is the same as what you presented & delivered to customers. This is very important. Once modicfication need to be done, you need to consult your customer by their agreement then you proceed.
As for the toppings, I do know it's a fresh cream not a cheese cream. I am refering to you 'cake' under the topping, the cheese is hardly can be taste and it's not a cheesecake that I expected. The splash of blueberry was so timy and thinly layer compared shown in your images. Apology accepted by the way, I do hope more improvement can be made because baking business it's like a hit and trend, even a GM earning RM20K p/month left her job just because she is so passionate in baking especially cupcakes!

tapi since dah lebih 6bulan rasanya dah ada improvement kut? anyways bole suggest kek apa untuk isteri tersayang sambut birthday k 34 dlm minggu depan. ingat nak tiramisu tapi cheese pun dia suka
