Hi,
ising/icing/frosting yg digunakan seperti dalam gambar ialah butter cream.
Selain tu kami juga ada icing jenis royal icing dan fondant.

buttercream mengeras bila disimpan di dalam peti ais. Bila diletak diluar, ia akan lembut semula.
